Drivers tap and charge

Tap to unlock

Drivers use a phone app, an assigned card, or a temporary visitor QR code to open a charging session.

Plug in vehicle

Users connect standard cables directly. Drivers bringing cars with different sockets simply use their own adapters.

Charging limits respected

Current flows up to a maximum set by the circuit breaker, sharing power evenly if several other cars plug in at once.

Done and logged

Disconnecting ends sessions safely. Energy used, driver names, time, and duration record for every use.

Resident access
Residents are assigned specific stations and unlock them with a tap in an app or a card.
Guest access
Guests scan an expiring QR code at a Pro station to unlock and charge.
Payments
A Pro station with a card terminal takes a tap of a phone or card and records every transaction.
Group supply
Power is shared evenly across the bays, and every charging session is recorded.

Charging is restricted to named residents and paid by card where terminals are fitted. The charging system does not bill a tenant's account.

Access rules you control

Owners assign staff to specific chargers, issue expiring visitor codes for overnight guests, and block unauthorized users. Fallback rules keep stations locked or open if internet connections drop.

Shared power protects circuits

Stations share available current so total draw stays within the amps set for the group. With six chargers, one hundred amps total, and a twenty-five amp maximum, four cars charging get twenty-five amps each, and a fifth car charging drops every car to twenty amps.

Sharing groups are set per group of chargers, not per circuit. Licensed electricians calculate your site capacity.

Every session recorded cleanly

Administrators see exact dates, energy used, and duration for every user. Filtering by driver makes tenant recharges and expense claims simple.

Digital signage on idle screens

Pro stations double as digital displays when nobody is charging. Operators assign an image or video file, keeping visitors informed or showing promotions while bays sit empty.

    Screens play an assigned image, a video, or a full playlist automatically.

    Playback begins after a station sits inactive for thirty seconds up to five minutes.

Clear limits and facts

01

Level two AC charging

Stations provide eleven kilowatts maximum on standard connectors. DC fast charging is not supported. Drivers with other ports must bring personal adapters.

Paid public charging

United States sites can add terminal accessories for card payments. Operators need a third-party processor account, which carries separate fees. Billing rules are agreed before go-live.

Electrical supply capacity

Building panels dictate total chargers. Licensed electricians handle physical supply wires. CloudCentric configures your network, sharing rules, and access modes once wired.

Choose full-featured displays with cameras and payment terminals, or simpler status models, mounted on walls or stainless steel pedestals.

    Call us with your parking layout, distance to breaker panels, and a recent power bill.

    Site survey details

    CloudCentric visits to map cable routes, measure runs, and spot physical obstacles between panels and parking.

    Wiring and network setup

    Electricians run heavy wire. CloudCentric connects stations to your local network and configures billing rules.

    System handover

    Managers get login access. CloudCentric hands over the finished setup so operators can issue visitor codes and check usage logs.
