Can it handle faxes and scans?
Yes. Scans, photographs, sideways pages and stamps written over the total are the ordinary input here rather than the difficult case.
Do we have to move our data to the cloud?
No. The documents stay in storage your company owns, and the processing runs in your own cloud account against them. The systems of record stay exactly where they are, on site or otherwise.
